HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT
As part of our commitment to this we have commissioned an independent Health & Safety advisor who visits all our project sites to provide audit scores on a regular basis.
Our NEBOSH qualified health & safety team liaise directly with our site management teams to ensure all activities are carried out within a safe and friendly environment, free from work-related incidents and accidents.
All our operatives carry relevant Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards and we partner with several training organisations to ensure all our staff routinely benefit from identified relevant safety and occupational training, over and above the minimum standards of health and safety legislation.

Regular internal and external audits helps us maintain compliance not only with relevant HSE legislative requirements but with our own high internal standards.
We realise the need to build more homes will inevitably put pressure on our environment. Environmental design standards, environmental impact studies and other measure we put in place can all help to minimise these effects. As a result, in 2016 we also instruct an independent Environment Management Advisor who has helped us to develop a bespoke company Environmental Management System.
